Jupidex achieves 100% in 2024 OHFB

Jupidex is thrilled to announce our 100% score in the 2024 Organisational Human Factor Benchmark (OHFB). 

This cutting-edge system is a scientific-based organisational diagnostics suite developed in 1998 by Afriforte and the WorkWell research unit at the faculty of Economic and Management Sciences of the North-West University. Powered by a multitude of scientific theories, psychometrics, norms, benchmarks and real-time workplace analytics, the OHFB Workplace Analytics System is top of its class with a footprint in many organisations in South Africa and globally.
