A user-friendly trailed pull-type disc mower

Vicon EXTRA 532 and EXTRA 540 are easy to operate and have a low power requirement which reduces the fuel consumption and therefore allow the mowers to be used with smaller tractors.
Based on a responsive floatation system Vicon EXTRA 532 and EXTRA 540 have a remarkable ability to adapt to the ground structure which improves the grass flow and provides a gentler handling of the crop.
It also protects the cutterbar from unforesseen obstacles which may occur.
Vicon EXTRA 532 and EXTRA 540 have a sideward adaption which allows a movement up and down of 8.5° to each side – in total 17°.

Available in 8 disc 3,2m – Extra 532 and in 10 disc 4m – Extra 540
User-friendly – Easy to operate and has a low power requirement
Fully welded cutter-bar with overlapping C-profiles and no risk of oil leakage, top service hub
Triangular Contra-Rotating Discs – Counter rotating – maximum overlap – Three blades per discs for perfect cut – Disc 3000 rpm
The extreme high volume cutterbar has a high oil capacity ensuring a very low working temperature – room for more oil behind the gear wheels
Long curved teeth design, ensure a very low noise level and smoother power transmission
Sideward Adaption – Allows movement up and down of 8.5° to each side
Responsive Kinematics – Outstanding ground following ability
Swivel Hitch gearbox is fixed to mainframe – Ensure less movement during operation – Yet provides unlimited rotation movement – Easier to perform sharp turns – Standard set for 540 PTO tractors – For tractor with 1000 PTO just turn the gearbox 180°
